Call contract: This type of contract is per call. Labor and spare parts are charged at JARIBU SOLAR current rates.
During and after the warranty period elapses, JARIBU SOLAR will support your systems through the following three types of maintenance contracts:
Total cover Maintenance contract: This type of contract covers both labor and spares. This can be further classified into three sub- categories depending on the customers’ needs – Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Partial cover maintenance contract (Labor only contract): This type of contract covers labor only. The spare parts are sold at JARIBU SOLAR current rates.
During the warranty period and for the three types of contracts, our normal call response time is same day within Nairobi and 24 hours in other areas. Emergencies are responded to immediately including after office hours and holidays – with prior arrangement. Customers who sign-up for 24/7 service are given a standby cell phone number to reach the engineer on after hours assignment for emergency reporting after office hours and holidays.
